Welcome to my Counselling Practice. Maybe you’ve arrived here due to a recent or previous difficulty, or maybe for any other number of reasons. Whatever it is, you might be searching for some kind of support during a challenging time in your life. It might be that you’re seeking some authenticity or depth or a space to understand and work through a change or a loss you have experienced. As a counsellor, my role is to help you in the process of working through all that is holding you back in your life with care and attention. I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have a Trust Certificate in the Understanding of Trauma from the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust and I am currently studying a Master’s Degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I work with children, young people and adults and I have experience of working with a number of charities including the Blue Smile Project, Centre 33, Arts & Minds and the Cogwheel Trust CIO. I work at Bridge Street Medical Centre, Cambridge and I also practise privately in St Albans. In addition, I teach on the Adult Education Counselling Programme at Hills Road College. I would be happy to respond to any enquiries you may have.
